    I second this. I switched to Apple Maps earlier this year and never looked back. I find the UX, especially when driving in CarPlay mode to be superior to Google’s.

    There’s a bit more to it I think. Pricing and basic messaging aside, you can build robust applications on top of MS Teams and have complete freedom over the UI, functionality, etc.…

    Couldn't agree more! I'd like to add to that the terrible UX. In fact, Salesforce is so terrible that there are dozens of businesses built around just configuring it for you.
