I have a HP Stream 7 tablet. The specs are in the link below:

So I recently installed Windows 10 insider preview on it but I don't like how it is performing on my tablet as it is not build to handle it. So I called HP and asked for restore disk, that will cost me $50-$75 ( I bought tablet for $79). And they would not do it for me if I sent it to them because I void the warranty by installing Windows 10 on it.
So I have decided to experiment with this tablet and try installing various OS on it. I will shoot video tutorials of them for reference so I can do some good for the community.
Here I would like to ask for your help. I need suggestions on what you think I should install on the tablet. Please send me your responses and any additional information is most welcome.
