That's the biggest pile of crap this side of a buffalo herd.

The CERN beam dump has less power than a lightning bolt.

CERN beam dump = about 350MJ (see http://proj-lbds.web.cern.ch/proj-lbds/ )

one good sized lightning bolt is about 1GJ (see http://van.physics.illinois.edu/qa/listing.php?id=2280 or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harvesting_lightning_energy )

A thunderstorm, which can produce gamma ray and antimatter, requires some 1 PETAjoules. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thunderstorm#Energy . The 2013 Chelyabinsk meteor in Siberia was also in the petajoule range.

Saying CERN triggered the earthquake via a beam dump is like saying I caused the earthquake because I took a dump that day.
