Please see below a seminal project I've been working at. I'd like to receive your feedback about: - applicability in markets (in this case, education + reference) - UI / UX and the type of domains you'd like to explore - discuss about AI , machine learning and models adopted in neuroscience to mine semantic-trees for knowledge prediction.
This first thread (1/3) is about feedback UX/UI tailor to knowledge domains.

Atlas of Human knowledge http://www.xdiscovery.com/en/atlas
A seminal project to use mindmaps of public knowledge to let anyone make sense of every topic, instantly. The topology of mindmaps zips information about a subject, and allows manyfold UI to make sense of it.
###
Maps shown on the web page, are created with: http://learn.xdiscovery.com/
LearnDiscovery - mindmap of Wikipedia is a mobile tool I designed to access the mindmap computed from Wikipedia dump and save visual references.
Recommendations have been benchmarked VS Google's Knowledge graph: respect to Google approach, you get correlations for all topics, even the least popular (e.g. "American Indian Wars", "Dna", "Machine Learning" + you can traverse the whole domain...)
I see it as a milestone in education and reference: also novices can visually make sense of what smtg is about.

1. Which domains do you feel useful to apply knowledge discovery ? [e.g. public knowledge, scientific articles, prior art, which verticals, internet of things ...]
2. Would you play around with the Atlas and send your feedback on the use you would like to make of it?
