Without information on the project the choice is meaningless. Is the project is solving a generic enough problem where any Turing complete language would be fine to use? Does the project need to meet certain requirements? Is there a well-fleshed library for your specific problem you wish to solve available in the language you want to choose?

Are you programming simply to learn more about programming? Are you already comfortable in these three languages? Are you learning it as a new language? As a first language?

All that said - use Haskell. I picked it out of a hat.
