Hey guys,

Here is the deal - currently I hold B1/b2 visa that expires in 1,5 months. I've started a company here on Feb 15 we made soft launch, acquired 9000 users in waitlist (in beta so far), increased revenue up to 65 hundred - not much but we just started. We also are applying for the next batch

It feels like things just got on a fast track, and now this process is killing me!

I've done a research, and option that works for me is O1 visa, that stands for individuals with extraordinary abilities. To prove that abilities n individual should meet 8 points in a checklist. Minimum - 3

1. receipt of nationally or internationally recognized prizes or awards for excellence in business 2. membership in associations in the field for which classification is sought 3. material published about you in professional or major trade publications or major media 4. participation on a panel, as a judge of the work of others in the same field 5. original scientific, scholarly or business-related contributions of major significance 6. authorship of scholarly articles in the field, in professional journals or other major media; 7. you have been employed in a critical or essential capacity for organizations and establishments that have a distinguished reputation; 8. you have commanded a high salary or other remuneration for services, evidenced by contracts or other reliable evidence

Also it considered as a best option for startups In my case - I have 3 points, but my lawer concerns that application would be weak So I miss #3 #5 (which is being considered as one of the most important point) and #6

Gents and Gals, I would appreciate any advice on that, or maybe if your have other options, or even lawer who specializes on that

Thanks
