#6If I feel like I'm in a rut, I go to a coffee shop to change it up. I have one 40 feet from my front door, or I take a longer walk on a nicer day to the coffee shop I frequented from my last apartment.
It forces you to shower, dress like a real human being and can sometimes substitute for that human interaction.

#7I think the worst for me is not being able to switch off at 5pm. Without the journey home to empty my mind a little, I do find myself thinking about work for the rest of the night.

#8Agree with many of these points. I've worked from home for the last 3 years and I love it, but it definitely has it's downsides. I think the worst for me is not being able to switch off at 5pm.
