Recently the term 'design thinking' has come up much more frequently among the designers I interact with. As a software developer, Agile is really what I do in practice. Although I consider myself really new to Agile, I can already see the benefits of a tight customer feedback loop and having the ability to shift priority based on time and resources. Now 'design thinking' to me sounds a lot like an augmentation of customer feedback, which is really an emphasis of agile practice. So, what is design thinking? And what are your experiences with practicing 'design thinking'?
