I fork this to create my own version, I am wondering how to change the logo and use my own app id?

The logo is at assets/img folder, to change the app id, you need to register at http://cloud.google.com/consolse and replace it in the app/app.js file

Fork? You mean I can just fork it on github like any other repo, and then I have my own version? How much can I customise ?

Does "hostless" just mean "host I don't manage" or is there some p2p magic I'm not seeing?

Looks like you haven't set your project up correctly for Drive auth

    The redirect URI in the request:  https://nimbusfoundry.github.io/Chat/ 
    did not match a registered redirect URI.

Misread this and yet it seemed like a good idea for aeroplanes.

I couldn't possibly press the Hostess button because I'm British.

Seems to use Google drive.
