Hi HN,

My name is Vineet Singal and this is my first post on Hacker News. CareMessage, a nonprofit I co-founded and lead as CEO, just went thru YC and we are looking to hire an account manager to join our small SF-based team.

We build software to help some of the most underserved healthcare organizations in the country provide better outreach, education and support to their patients through the technology they all have, a cell phone. Our approach not only helps patients get access to more timely and appropriate care, but also saves the healthcare system a lot of money in improved efficiencies and reduced ER visits/hospitalizations. We have a sustainable revenue model, where we sell our technology at a premium cost to clinics and hospitals that can pay for it, and provide it at no charge to those that can't (free clinics, community health centers).

Over the last few months, we have realized that there is more demand for our technology than our tiny staff of 8 can handle. We are currently working with over 65 healthcare organizations in 16 states, and are projected to grow this number to over 200 by the end of the year. We get over 10 inbound requests a week, and need to grow the team in order to serve more patients. This Account Manager will be our primary point of contact with hundreds of healthcare organizations nationwide, helping understand their individual needs and continuing to help improve our overall products and services.

If you are someone who is itching to make a lot of impact in a high autonomy, operations heavy role with a tech nonprofit, I would love to talk to you. My email is vsingal@caremessage.org.

Thanks so much for reading this essay of a post!
