Address bar tweak in early Chrome beta puts even savvy users at risk

One thing that is troubling: the "fix" for this bug with the "tweak" (I personally wouldn't call a change as radical as this a "tweak", but that is what the article calls it, so I'll go with it) prevents you from resizing the window to a horizontal size smaller than that is necessary to display the full domain "Origin Chip".
