Last year I started a company and created a mobile app that mirrors Congress’s radio-controlled voting alarm clocks with push alerts -- it's now used by much of Congress. Recently I launched a Reddit/HN-style site for House and Senate bills that compares everyone's positions to their Representatives'. I have heard from several people that I should open source my code. What are the pros and cons?
