I am aware of google search results personalizations. But shouldn't search results across different browser in private mode remain the same ?

From what I understand results in image 3 & 2 should have some similarity. Instead it seems they differ totally. Image 2 & 1 seems to have similarity while image 3 is totally different. Any ideas ?
