Developers are people = add value = will get them to use your product.

All those definition that try to frame people into B2B or B2C do more bad than good. Target people and their needs, business or otherwise.

Also, find a story that will interest the audience you're targeting, if you're interested in developers the story should be your own development challenges and how you conquered them, blog about it on medium.
