- Are a hustler and get shit done quickly
- Have senior-level experience with the following technology stack: PHP, jQuery, CodeIgniter, Ajax, MySQL
- Are an expert at quickly becoming an expert
- Have experience managing a team of remote junior developers
- Can routinely work 16+ hour days
