Wanted: Developer for 'this' billion dollar idea.

Actually, I am planning to launch a website/app for ‘combo offers’, especially in food and beverage segment (restaurants). On the site/app, restaurants will be able to post their combo offers like ‘burger + fries + cola’, ‘buy 1, get 1 free’, ‘buy 1, get 2nd at 50% off’, etc. Individual users of the site/app will be able to form groups online/offline (through proposed site/app) to buy those combo offers collectively and share items of their choice in them. This way, individuals will be able to save a lot of money on the items of their choice in a combo offer. Also, restaurants will be able to sell more combo offers without lowering prices any further in today’s cut throat competition. A win-win situation for both.

Combo offers can save individuals lots of money. Please look at the following case:

Case: If an offer of ‘Buy 1, get 2nd at 50% off’ is available for a $10.00 pizza, then: Combo price = $10 + $5 (50% off) = $15

If two individuals form a group to buy this combo, each individual will have to pay $7.50 for a single pizza i.e. a saving of $2.50 (25%) per person. That's a big saving. I am targeting 1% US market ($6.6 billion) within first 3 years of operations.

I've designed the layouts of the site/app after 3.5 months of hard work (8 hours daily). We'll need do develop specialized algos for this idea and I've even devised a way of filing patents of algos even for free (patent filing cost $30,000 - $40,000).

I am ready with following policies: target user base, launching, expansion (rapidly), revenue generation, promotion, funding, handling competitors, etc.

I am ready to invest US$50,000 (my own money). Any type of help (technical, references, etc) from you is most welcome. For any type of help, you will be compensated with substantial equity in the company.

Coupon and group buying sites have been a thing almost as long as the Internet has. I'd be amazed if any of your long standing competitors are anywhere close to the billion dollar mark. So I'd expect you to define your idea by what you intend to do differently than all those others who went down that same path.

Not that that's a barrier to success by any means.
