Am I missing something or is there no article there, and just an advertisement for a conference/session?

That page was hard to parse/read so apologies if I missed it.

The 1st line says:

"PRESENTATION TITLE: How Apple Can Read Your iMessages and How You Can Prevent It"

The 2nd line says:

"PRESENTATION ABSTRACT:"
