I have just launched an e-commerce site after working on it for 4 months, alone. I now realize I should have brought on others to begin with. A solid co-founder is very much needed at this stage of my startup. I live in Tallahassee, FL and the startup ecosystem is putrid here (cannot locate solid web developers, hackers, etc.) What are some resources/ways to attract a co-founder that might be interested in working remotely?
