#8The NSA facility is not in Provo, it is north of Provo by about 25 miles north near Bluffdale. Furthermore, Google isn't building out Google Fiber as much in Provo as it is simply acquiring the existing former municipal fiber. The article also doesn't mention the NSA. No news connection here, and the title here is misleading.

#10Provo is a budding university town. Bluffdale is where the NSA data center is located. That's more than 20 miles away.
