Thank you so much for this. Similarly, there is absolutely no need to be annoyed by a lack of female physicists, mathematicians etc., but only by the fact that many intelligent women still waste their talents at home or studying Applied History Of Liberal Arts and, if they do get into a good workspace, quickly raise the suspicion that someone had to fulfil a quota.
