Maybe call them "chat", like a Twitch chat? Trump is already streaming from the Oval Office and blogging on Truth Social, and the chat reacts within the allowed boundaries.

How can America be a kakistocracy and a kleptocracy at the same time? We are that good.

In a nutshell, what they are good at is hiding the consequences of their fuckups. They are blessed with (among other things) unbelievable luck that never seems to run out.
