YouTube now requires creators to have twice as many watch hours to start earning

Yeah, it has nothing to do with artificial intelligence content flooding your platform with non-sense.

This will only make things more difficult for new normal human creators who are now incentived to spam content as much as possible (and likely use AI to bridge the gap).

Youtube needs to figure out the slop problem and if they support it or not.
