#2I cannot say anything about the thing itself, but its a TUI project in Python and its NOT Textual. This is notable. I really like textual, but i find it fascinating to see other Python-TUI libraries I have never heard of before.
Its probably used here because 4 years ago Textual wasnt a thing.

#3I do not understand the general hype around TUIs. A well-designed GUI can have the same easy navigation, but with proportional fonts, better mouse support, better scrolling and so on.
