Are Consumers Using Agents?

i found this take interesting. i think companies like tolan and poke have made the onramp much easier for everyday agent use. i'm unsure if the cognition acq of poke is a good or bad thing (was that outcome because they couldn't find pmf?)

but i wonder who else is close to getting regular consumers to actually use "agents" rather than just a better search engine
