#3Oh. Then why do you want it?
Is CNN going to be a great profit center for you? That seems unlikely. Practically all genuine news sources are struggling. The only ones that succeed are propaganda outlets masquerading as news, because they're far more entertaining than the dull business of actual journalism.
Does it mesh especially well with your other properties? You already own one news organization; what is it you would do with this one that the other isn't already doing?
