Milvus 3.0: Lake-Native Vector Search, S3-Based Storage, Offline/Batch Workflows

Tempt me back why don't you. Bah. It was such a scattered wildly composed project, just very bespoke weird strange build, felt so ad hoc, when i tried compiling Milvus around the new year. Maybe perhaps better now though. Lots of nice additions.
