#3This seems to overlap quite a bit with the Simple English proselytized by Rudolf Flesch. I wonder if there is a better open description of a simplified english not copyrighted in some possibly fraught way.

#4It feels like this just horse-shoes one step closer to writing in actual programming languages again (Djikstra's "natural language is foolish" argument). Or is the argument here that this is an irreplaceable "sweet spot" for spec-writing?
