Of course, after the third day of a month usually. And then we spend the last percentages of our budget at the very last day of the month. It was a joke. That why we bought OpenAI for business.

All that, what's in the article is worthless.

Fair point. Switching tools is definitely one way to deal with it. The article is more about good practices that can help teams manage their usage better in the first place, based on my real-world experience with large teams.
