oxirs has CANbus support: oxirs-canbus. oxirs-tauri is a desktop UI with CAN bus support.

There are Open IP cores for RISC-V for many things.

Is this already modeled with TLA+?

Model this with TLA+, critically compare the spec with the implementation, revise, and run it?
