Retellai won't delete my credit card

1. RetellAI is charging me for services I am not using. They will not delete my credit information or account. I told them: a. They do not have my permission to store my credit card b. I am a California resident and I demand they delete my account

2. Bugs in their system prevent me from: a. Removing my credit card b. Deleting my account

3. Mercury Bank has no means to block transactions

4. Stripe has no means to report Fraud - their documents say "contact merchant"

Therefore I am being a victim of fraud and have no recourse. What do I do?

They probably aren't allowed to delete it and California law likely has carveouts for financial information.

In the future, use Monero ideally, or privacy.com

You can call Mercury bank to have them change your credit card number and dispute transactions.

I'd report them to the BBB and file a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
