It's hard to think about a company that acts otherwise.
The main strategy, if any, is to move on against all odds. Not only to survive, but actually to take advantage of "anything".
Do you think they really care about users/customers? The focus is on selling and profiting.
Now, every start-up think about scaling, but leaving people behind.
Maybe I'm being too pessimistic.
