I went over my thoughts on it and how I feel it pertains to design as well as photography. From my experience with using Kicksend and talking with Wells, I feel it truly does bring photographs to the peak of most interactions by allowing you to capture moments, share them, and print them all within a seamless UX.

I went over my thoughts on it and how I feel it pertains to design as well as photography. From my experience with using Kicksend and talking with Wells, I feel it truly does bring photographs to the peak of most interactions by allowing you to capture moments, share them, and print them all within a seamless UX.
Step back from the marketing speak hyperbole and read that last sentence again. All you're saying is that "this app lets you take a picture and print it".

If that was the case before I don't believe it is now. I had an account using my email address and was able to sign in from the iPhone app.

something we have been able to do for years without kicksend. there are tons of apps to print photos and practically half the app store is photo sharing apps.

You're missing the point, though. If you read the article, you would realize that printing is only a minor aspect of this application. It's just as much if not more about how they allow you to easily share and build a conversation around a group of images that you can share with a select group of people.

Read what I posted in the other comment in the thread. There's much more to it than just printing.
