Learning VPP: Filtering Packets at 100GbE Line Rate

how do you resolve priorities between acl's with different mask shapes. Mask shapes here mean different don't care bits right. Also are the mask shapes for 5-tuple match essentially too large right. This works fine if the mask shapes are limited meaning the rules are generally match on the same kind of fields ?
