Our intern starts today. I'm really interested to figure out how we train up the next generation in the age of Ai. They are pretty into it, as am I, so we hope to figure out some new patterns. We should create a dual write-up from both sides

Doing it the old way, sitting side by side within talking distance, IMHO.

Fully remote, so not a thing, but also only one piece of the puzzle. The Ai can do the grunt work and more, what practices do we teach them? I think there is an amount of self reflection to figure out what it is we even do ourselves.
