Reading the page, the software needs an update due to Apple breaking it, but 2019 is out of support so Microsoft won't fix the breaking change.

#52024 LTSC works after the date specified btw. Probably a good idea™ to also disable auto update by compressing the update .app and disabling the privileged helper.
