But I'm not a great cook, just a guy with a severely limited repertoire.
It would take considerably longer otherwise.

#4I usually spend 2 hours cooking on Mondays to make dinner for the rest of the week. Breakfast and lunch are quick meals requiring 0-10 min prep day of.

#5Breakfast and lunch are usually pretty quick, 10-15 mins tops. Dinner can vary, of course. If I had to guess, probably average close to an hour a night.

Parmesan chicken, gulasch and spatzle, vegetable soup, summer tortellini skillet, lasagna (~3 hr), baked mac and cheese, baked spaghetti. I usually cook some frozen vegetables if the dish doesn't have any.
