Perfectly describes someone generating a whole application without actually looking at it or using it during development. The reason Notepad++ is the way it is, is because it has been developed, used, and refined over many years. With this new Nextpad++ all you get is a cheap copy that nobody has put any effort into using let alone developing or refining.
