Google broke Play's in-app review library and hasn't fixed it for a week

Seems like Google broke the Play library responsible for in-app reviews, used by a huge number of Android developers.

For many apps, this means fewer reviews, no feedback, lower trust, and real revenue impact.

It has been about a week with no clear fix or explanation.
