#3I've used AppSignal for my side projects when they didn't have a free tier yet and really enjoyed it. It's a good balance between seeing important parts of your stack (I've used it with Rails), without being too complicated and overloaded as Sentry.

#5Hatchbox is for deployment. How does this compare to kamal? I haven't deployed anything bigger than a basic SaaS app with RoR, so I'm wondering why all these bells and whistles would be better than a script.
