I have just finished university and started working full-time, remotely.
Does anyone have any tips or notes on maintaining health and longevity while spending a majority of your day developing software?
Obviously there's some fundamental concepts of; stay active, sleep well, take breaks, but is there anything else in specific that has been rewarding for any of you?
