When you say these are reviewed by an "admin", is the "admin" an actual human being?

If so, how/what is this human paid, and why is this not shown in the Budget?

It's a real person, me. I'm not getting paid because I voluntarily work on the project, and it will be a non-profit all the time.

I don't expect millions of users. I also do not care.
