Why isn't AI diffusing faster?

As someone whose main focus has been infrastructure automation in a large global org for the last 10 years, this was a refreshing conclusion.

So much of the AI conversation relies on the word “just” doing a lot of heavy lifting. “Just use AI.” It’s rarely that simple.
