Why OpenAI Buys "Taste" Instead of IP (and the Rise of the Knowledge Bootstrap)

I've been watching AI commoditize core enterprise software at an insane rate. I think we're moving away from "SaaS" and toward "Executable Expertise"—selling the mental model (the Bootstrap) rather than the tool. Wrote down some thoughts on the shift from Institutions to Individuals.
