RageDetector – detects aggressive typing and forces me to calm down

Built a tiny macOS tool that detects aggressive typing (speed + intensity spikes).

If it thinks I’m rage-debugging, it can: – show a calm-down message – play meditation audio – optionally lock the screen for a short cooldown

It’s already 100% local - no keystrokes stored or sent anywhere. It only analyzes timing patterns in memory and discards them immediately. I’ll clarify that in the README.

The visual cooldown timer is a really good suggestion- I’m going to add that. It would make the break feel more intentional.
