Seattle and Washington State are addicted to spending. And doubling state spending in a decade or so hasn’t improved lives - if anything services like school and policing are worse than ever. Now they are passing all sorts of taxes that will kick off a spiral downward.

WA has the 49th most regressive tax system in the nation. It was the most regressive until two years ago.

It is unhealthy to keep taxing the poor at disproportionate rate which, IMO, is a hidden form of slavery.
