ps. The description sounds more like a universal backdoor than no end-to-end encryption. Probably they have versions for internal use that are like that, but not likely to be universal feature.

Yes. Besides Google/Apple, Meta, the CIA, the 5 Eyes, their friends and the spyware installed on your phone, nobody else has access to your keys.
