Am I the only one finding this list disrespectful?

Young graduates are inexperienced. Experience comes with time, not with lists that say that they don't know how to work, think or be.

In a work environment, people talk about their work experience. Young graduates' work experience is the classes they took.

I find it a bit silly at points as well. Obviously 'AWS' is not synonymous with all 'cloud' technology, but whenever someone references AWS instances I understand they're referencing something not on prem at its core. Which gets the point across.
