Vibe-ported airfoil design code (XFOIL) from Fortran to JavaScript web app

This is a numerically faithful port of the XFOIL airfoil analysis code from the original FORTRAN to an interactive Javascript web app. This was vibe-ported in a weekend with Codex. I hope this makes airfoil analysis and design more accessible.
