Have they solved how to make living beings cross the Van-Allen belt and still be alive? This belt surrounds Earth at around 400-600km height. Just curious because my cursory reading never reveals if they have solved this nowadays.

Like how they did in the Apollo program?

But they said they "lost" the technology. They never mentioned what technology so I guessed they are talking about the bottleneck Van Allen Belt

So, to be clear: someone you can't be bothered to cite claims that NASA(? presumably) lost a technology without explaining what it is? Is there some reason anyone should treat this as credible?

I watched this clip https://www.reddit.com/r/conspiracy/comments/1acyws1/don_pet.... I read some years ago they are trying technology to understand the Van Allen Belt
