A Proposed Open Manifesto for AI Agents Touching Production Systems

OP here. This is a draft set of principles for AI agents that can perform infrastructure changes on production environments (provisioning cloud resources, modifying network policies, running DB migrations etc.). It is exploratory and open to critique.
